Back Orders

Because we are both an online and bricks and mortor shop, we sometimes have items online that may have sold out and not been adjusted yet because of in shop sales. 

When this happens you will be told it is on BACK ORDER.

When an item is on back order it means we will order that item from the supplier that day or the next depending on when the order is placed. 

Most items only take about 2 to 5 days to become in stock. And we will send out as soon as it arrives.

If an items will take longer, we will contact you and give you the option of a refund, another choice or to wait till item can be in stock.

For larger items that are too bulky to keep in the shop, we order them from the supplier and send them directly to you. This saves us on postage and time. 

We do have a large turnover of stock and endeavour to keep as much as possible in stock at any time.
