Lycra Tunnels are a great tool for deep pressure, proprioception and just plain fun!
Our tunnels come in 3 different lengths- 2m, 3m and 4m
Stretch them out and crawl through!
Go forward, backwards and turn inside the tunnel.
Additional resistance can be achieved by pushing an exercise ball through, or to make it more challenging place objects such as pillows underneath the tunnel to climb over.
These help build cross patterning skills, co-ordination and strength.
